Loss of libido seems to be proportional to age, which means that older men desire sexual interaction seems to disappear or diminish. Age, however, is not the sole or primary factor in the decreased libido in men, there are many others such as stress, anxiety, medications, poor health and many others. One of the main reasons for having one low sexual desire is obesity and out of shape. Being overweight can cause you to become quickly fatigue and also cause problems with low self-esteem. Personally, I like the drum, bagging on drums in those days of stress is a great way to relieve stress and maintain my sanity.
Medications are another cause of low libido in men. It is true that the medication is generally good and sometimes necessary, but keep in mind that any drug that leads to certain side effects which can have a negative impact on their sexual desire. If you experience a drop in sexual desire after starting a new medication, consult your doctor immediately. Also ask your doctor about natural supplements that can help treat your particular condition. You may be surprised to know how many conditions can be treated with natural herbs and supplements but does not tell their doctor about them.
The main cause of decreased sexual desire in men is the decreased level of testosterone in the body.
